THE NATIONAL OFFICE
THE NATIONAL OFFICE IPA SWITZERLAND
The National Office exists according to the since 1. January 1990 applicable statutes of at least 7 and maximum of 11 members. The President, the Secretary General and the Treasurer are elected by name. The functions of the remaining members, who are also elected by the Delegates Assembly, are determined by the NB. The president also acts as IEC delegate. As representatives of the Social, Cultural and Professional Commission, members of the NL also act as links to the international commissions.
National Bureau 2018-2020
The National Bureau handles the day-to-day business. It coordinates the relations between the regions and represents the Swiss section to international bodies.

At the international congress in Paris on 16. and 17. In September 1955, our section and the German section were added to the world's largest association of police officers. At this memorable meeting in Paris Switzerland was represented by our friends René Goebler, Andre Clerc, André Baumgartner and Marcel Loegan.

1984 The first members of the Liechtenstein Security Corps
The first members of the Principality of Liechtenstein Security Corps were accepted as “guests” in the Eastern Switzerland region.
Change of name to IPA Eastern Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein
In the 36. General Assembly with 56 voters unanimously adopted the name change from IPA Eastern Switzerland to IPA Eastern Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein.
